Fritz!Box als Anrufbeantworter am CUCM

Bei Cisco gibt es ja eigentlich sowohl für den Call Manager als auch den Call Manager Express verschiedene Voicemail Lösungen mit Unity Connection. Manchmal reicht aber auch eine einzige Mailbox und warum dann viel Geld ausgeben, wenn man auch eine „alte“ Fritz!Box Fon dafür benutzen kann ?

Auszug aus dem Cisco DocWiki:

• MRG and MRGL configuration, assignation at Device Pool, or Device level
• Make sure the CFB is showing up as registered
• For SW CFB, try restarting the IPVMS service
• If SW CFB, make sure you’re using only G.711
• For HW CFB, make sure the codecs you’re trying to use have been defined under the dspfarm profile
• If you’re mixing a SW CFB with an XCODER, make sure the Device Pool assigned to it, has a MRGL with the XCODER in it, or that one is available in the default MRG
• Remember H.323 by default uses G.729, make sure to change the codec in the dial-peers if using a SW CFB
• Make sure your locations allow for calls to the CFB
